Hope someone can help me figure out what these are. Sorry, haven't figured out how to add picture from phone. Found a few of these in a bucket of loose rounds. Head stamp says WIN. NT. 223 REM. Bullet tip comes to a short 50 degreeish cone. Any ideas?

Found it.  Winchester LE frangible.  Anyone used it?

Yes.  It's good on steel as it doesn't splash as badly.  It's very hard on barrels, regularly breaks up during loading, and is inaccurate at long range.

It's shoot house ammo.

this, it is also a reduced ricochet rounds. Could be handy if you plan on doing any repelling of borders on a US Surface warfare vessel.  I've got a couple of boxes in 5.56 and 4.6x30.
