Is there any difference between the Winchester in a white box 5.56/.223 62gr. M855 a green tip ammo AND Winchester Ranger 5.56/223 "Law Enforcement Use Only" 62gr green tip steel core penetrator labeled:  "RA556M855K" ??

With the Ranger I have read that the cases, primers and powder are different??

Nothing at all. In fact after using my micrometer on some I was shocked at the variance in coal And case lengths.

from a measurement standpoint it's very inconsistent
