Wondering what you all would recommend for greatest stopping power with good accuracy within 100 yds but able to get out to 300 to 400 yds accurately if needed. My setup 16" bcm bfh barrel with 1/7 twist in 556 or 223. I've heard good things about the 75gr hornady tap. Any that are higher recommended? Would a 55 gr varmint round be good for the explosive wound channel or would my 1/7 make it self destruct in mid flight? Sorry if this topic has been beaten into the ground, just looking for some clarification. Oh and it must be mag fed.
