I would guess it will be sometime before anything but factory seconds are available to individuals. David |

I just scored a whopping 7 boxes of RA556B, Which I believe is the Ranger version of this load. Funny thing is that it is in a new Black Ranger box, I wonder if that is just for the RA556B or if the whole line is changing packaging. Aside from the box it looks identical to this ammo here

Aside from the box it looks identical to this ammo here From what I read the packaging on stripper clips was part of the contract. Ammo cans were also in the contract, but Winchester called after the order was placed and advised they were not shipping us the ammo cans. I was sad when I found out I was not getting 225 ammo cans |

The only interesting thing is the old 55gr Federal seems to hold a tighter group than the 64gr Winchester in our LWRC and Colt rifles. I would have thought the 1 in 7 would have prefered the heavier round. I haven't been able to shoot past 100 yards yet. David |

Has anyone chronographed the 64 grain solid base (Q3313) load yet from 16 and 20 inch barrels?
I have used the 55 grain Federal Tactical (with original Trophy Bonded solid base) for years. I am down to last 200 rounds of it and would like to get a replacement. The Fusion is decent but not especially fast and no solid base. Just a plated lead bullet like the old Remington Power Lokt HP. The bonded Remington is very explosive. Used both on coyotes but no where near the windshield or cinder block performance of the oldr Trophy Bonded solid base. |

Still expensive but I'll be buying a few boxes. |

Out of my 16 inch 1:9 twist gun, it shot at 2946 fps. |
