Anybody have a trajectory chart or info on it?  How close is it to that of M193?

I tried google and got conflicting information and couldn't find anything here, which I thought was kind of strange.

I plan ion using MK262 as my primary SHTF round, but will stick to M193 and steel .223 for plinking.  I want to determine if I will need to rezero my Aimpoint when switching.  I know I would need to for precision shots, but for battle rifle accuracy, is it necessary when switching between these two rounds?  How much will I be off?

Here is the dope card for the Black Hills MK 262 MOD 0/1  cartridge fired from an 18" SPR. MV of this cartridge in the 18" Krieger 1x7.7/CLE 5.56mm chamber barrelled rifle I shoot is 2825 FPS.

I shoot a little bit of Mk262 and fair amounts of IMI M193. Seldom in the same rifle, but I did run some Mk262 in a DD LW 14.5" that has a known sight-in setting for the M193. Best I remember the IMI 55s shoot approximately 2" higher at 100 Yds (maybe even less) with a small Windage shift in that specific barrel. This can vary from barrel to barrel, however.

I think the different trajectory will be less important at moderate ranges than the POI shift. You might get lucky with one printing more or less directly above the other.

ETA: BH Mk262 (commercial red box) chronographed 2,814 fps out of my 18" Noveske SPR barrel; 2,738 fps out of a 16" Noveske CL barrel; and 2,672 fps in the 14.5" DD LW (all 1x7 NATO chambers). There were pressure signs in all three - you don't want to shoot this in any .223 chamber.

What about a 20" barrel?

I've got an upper with a BCM 20" SAM-R barrel.

Looking to try some MK262 soon but it would be nice to get some info from someone running a similar set-up first...

I've been shooting 75gr Hornady A-max out of a 1\8 twist Douglas barrel with a SSAMI .223 chamber. My 200, 300 and 600 yard come ups are almost exactly what is listed on the MK262 dope card. The trajectory of the MK262 looks closer to the curve of M855 out of an M4 than M193 out of an M16. To the OP, you're going to have to decide what zero you want for the heavy stuff, then see where the light stuff groups so you know how many clicks or MOA you need to add or subtract when switching ammo. Be prepared for a windage shift as well.

Yep, it's good stuff!
My results are very similar with 18" SPR and 16" Recon Krieger barrels and the 14.5" Recon Scout.

If I could only pick one round, it'd be this one, even over the Hornady 556 T2 75gr, due to better long range accuracy in most barrels I own.

Running a TA11C on my 16' Krieger Recon, with OPS 12th suppressor, MK262 essentialy perfectly matches the BDC.
This was the verdict by a Marine sniper, shooting out to a Leica measured 700+ meters.

Below is a 5 shot group fired with a Colt M16A2 flat top  20" standard weight chrome lined 1x7 barrel topped with 4.5x14x50 Leupold. Black Hills MK 262 MOD 0/1 MV in chrome lined barrels will not be impressively high because the bore is usually larger than non-chrome lined barrels. MK 262 MOD 1 SECONDS MV in the 20" 1x7 Colt M16A2 barrel was 2785FPS over 5 shot average.

Here are a couple groups fired with 18" Krieger/CLE 5.56mm chamber barrel  firing BH MK 262 MOD 1 SECONDS@500yds. & 100yds. fired off the tool box of my Tacoma which is how I do most animal control shooting.
