"someone" has it for "sale"
Just wondering if it's decent SD ammo

Never heard of it but it's being toted as LE only ammo.
Federal has some tests on their website on it. Looks to be a friendly .223 round meant to not cause collateral damage.

Not sure what the T223A is, but I'd get some of the 223LET1 or 223LET3 if you want a soft point bullet or the Speer Gold Dot .223.  I tested some of the T1 and it works good.  It's a bonded bullet and it yields a perfect little mushrum.  The Gold Dot is awesome too.

I haven't blasted it through any auto glass yet...  if I come across some, I'll give it a shot.
