i bought 3 100rd boxes of Winchester FMJ .223 ammo for $39.95 a box, and 6 boxes of Federal 9mm luger 100rd boxes for 19.95 a box.
Been in the hobby for about 3 weeks now with a glock, and now an AR, and have spent close to $800 on ammo. Ugh. |

1000rds PMC XTac M855 from Sgammo
420rds XM855 in ammo can from local Wal-Mart that just got 1 can in for some reason but I was happy to get it. Cheaper than they were last time it was $149 for this can last time it was $159 same Wal Mart also had the Black boxes of AE 223 for $5.97 per box. Back home it is $6.97 per box I bought all they had which was 32 boxes (640rds) got 640 rds for $202.00 was very happy with that price for these times right at 31cents per round. also got 150rds of the Federal #1 Buck for the Rem 870. This stuff is amazing I love it. I bought some awhile back and had to get more. Would like to have some 75 Gr TAP or some other 75/77gr SD load at a reasonable price. Also would like to get about 1500-2000 more rds of 855/193 or 223 should be GTG after that. |

I loaded 150 rounds of 124g FMJ 9mm,
50 rounds of 230g FMJ .45ACP, 50 rounds of 55g FMJ .223, 50 rounds of 165g SST .308 and 50 rounds of 165g GameKing HP .308. Just trying to keep everything replenished. Gotta start prepping more rifle brass. Man I hate doing that. |

Ugh. welcome to ARFCOM. under 35 cents per round shipped or taxed is going rate for FMJ .223 in most places. look around and you will see it for 28-30 cents now and again on sale. look at some of the site sponsors for great deals. the 9mm you bought is a great price. 600rds of the Russian 7.62x54 on 5 round clips. worth it for the clips alone.

Cabela's had very little 5.56 on the shelf but did have some Olin M855. Never shot any of it before so I bought 100 rds to try.

I bought 1000rds of Federal xm193 from PSA when driving through Columbia on a business trip and I ordered 420rds of xm855 Federal to add to my 400rds of Winchester xm855 form Natchez Trace Ammo.

Went out and did some blasting this morning with a buddy for a couple hours. Here's what we shot.
150rds of mixed 12ga 130rds .223 50rds S&W ~25rds .22lr Doesn't sound like much but it was hot and the mosquitoes were out of control. We both had a great time though. |
