Hand loaded 110 rounds of .223 in a combination of 62 gr. and 55 gr. I also loaded 20 rounds of .308 with Hornady 150 gr. projectiles. First time loading either cartridge.

Then Midway got in some of the CCI 36gr .22 ammo that gives 12-14" of penetration in gel, so that's another $100.

I wiped out one Walmart of the remaining 14 boxes of Military Grade American Eagle .223 55 grain.
Bought a regular 20 round black box of American Eagle and a 20 round box of Norma .223 55 grain.
