Silver Surfer...be sure to work up your hand loads first...I load for a G34 also and settled on a 146 power factor load for the 16" PCC that gives me a 130pf for the G34... I tried a variety of heavy buffers and springs but came back down to a 5.2oz buffer...if you have a LRBHO, be sure to limit the bolt travel to just past the hold open...

The kaw valley is half the price and 7.5oz compared to 7 oz so there isn't really any difference

Did your gun not work with the heavier buffers?  Or too slow? Reliable?
