Forgive my ignernce but I am supposing the broken bolt catch issue experienced by some only happens when firearm is equipped with some form of LRBHO.

My 9mm Glock-mag AR is not equipped with a LRBHO function, though it does have a bolt catch so one can manually lock open the action.  Is there any reason to limit the travel of my BCG with spacers or quarters or whatever?

Thanks

I run a spacer (7 quarters) in my non-LRHO Glock lower, it feels smoother to me.
But not necessary IMHO.

New Frontier Armory makes a spacer that fits inside the Buffer Spring, I use them in my 9mm builds, limits bolt travel and reduces bolt bounce, also speeds up lock time.
