I have 8 PSA Metalform Magazines, Today while at the range shooting 9mm 115,gr and 147gr Win ammo, the BHO tab welded to the follower Broke off, this is the second time within two months this has happened. It doesn't effect the function of the magazine, I only loose LRBHO. I sent the first one back and PSA replaced it(3 weeks). I tried contacting Metalform to see if they sold just the follower, No luck. Anyone know if a replacement follower is available hopefully with a better design? I may just try to weld another tab on the follower.

I wouldn't mess around with fixing them if PSA is going to replace them.
I have a few of them, no problems so far.

I have a stack of them I have cycled through many times with no issues.  You just got a bad batch.  Get a refund and buy a stack from Brownells.  They may have come from a different production run.

Have a few and no issues. Maybe your bolt or buffer or spring???
