Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - KAK or KAW buffer?

Both these vendors have decently priced 9mm buffers. KAK is 8oz and KAW is 7.5oz. Which should I pick?

I have a spikes 9mm buffer and it works well with a high power sprin in my pistol. This new buffer would go in my current build with a 16" barrel.

What do you think?  Any experience with either buffer?

Kak also has a 10oz that has four tungsten weights in it so it can be adjusted down to 6.5oz if need be
