       Finished! Submitted 2/12/16. 5 months.
I built this baby one piece at a time by myself. First build without any help at all.
I put a few hundred rounds of assorted 9mm rounds through it. All weights of 9mm. Suppressed and Unsuppressed. Runs 100% perfect! Zero malfunctions.

Awesome, how do you like the flash can?

It seems to work as advertised. I really do like how it looks. It looks better with the flash can than with the suppressor. It would need a 4.5" barrel to looks as cool with the suppressor. Currently has a 7.5" barrel.

Exactly why I ditched the mini flash can and short rail to go to a 10" rail on my 6" barreled 9mm. Having a 7" barrel extension (essentially a flash can) machined to replicate the dimensions of my suppressor! Should only have about 2" protruding from the rail on both setups.

What buffer/spring set up are you using? Trigger?

I am waiting on stamp for same lower.  Just couldn't live with "JoeBob's" on my SBR...

Can't speak for him but I'm running a standard carbine spring that came with my Phase 5 pistol tube and an 8oz buffer. Runs perfect. I'm on the fence about either getting the silent capture springs or and extra power spring to try out as I'll be running suppressed any day now.

The trigger is a P.O.F. USA Drop In Trigger 3.5LB - Flat. It is a really nice trigger.

The buffer is a CMMG AR-9 and a carbine length buffer spring. Runs all weights of 9mm ammo suppressed and unsuppressed perfectly. 500+ rounds downrange and nary a problem.

What length rail and barrel is that?  Curious how much difference you need in barrel and rail to make the flashcan stick out the right amount.

Just got the approval email with my stamp!

It is a New Frontier Armory Upper and Lower bought from RunnerRunner. Could not be happier with the fit and finish. Excellent product.

Sorry, after the first range trip, I changed out the muzzle device, so here's the final (9mm) version:

.22lr and 5.56mm uppers to follow.
