how accurate are the Taccom barrels, particularly the ULW ones?

CMMG also has a line of bolts, barrels, and mags, no idea how they compare to TACCOM just throwing out options. I'm looking to build a dedicated upper myself.

I built mine from a CMMG chamber insert and later converted to a dedicated CMMG .22lr barrel... I've replaced the extractor, firing pin, and recoil spring with ones from TACCOM... would go with a TACCOM unit for a do over... I would suggest using SW-15/22 magazines and a "better mag" adapter and bolt hold open from Boonie Packer... and the mentioned pressure plug
I spent 4 years and a lot of sweat equity in building a sub 1" 10/22... the CMMG barrel gives me all the practical accuracy with bulk ammo for the gun games I use it for |

I built an upper with a CMMG barrel and bolt. Never a problem, always works and I have 5000+ rounds through it

My wife and I built a dedicated .22 with the Taccom bolt and their 16" steel barrel with pressure plug. Using the Black Dog mags, it is a tack driver! Very nice. |
