I remember in the classifieds a vender that would make 9mm barrels for AR any length and thread them what you wanted. Looking for around 6" with 5/8"-24 threads.

Sorry ...... tried to using search  just can't figure it out.....

Do a search on gunbroker I know I've seen them for sale there with that thread pitch.

Adco makes their 9mm barrels, call and ask if they can make one to your specs or you could buy a longer one and have them cut it down and rethreaded to your specs

I have this one on my gun:

Orion Guns 9mm 5" barrel

I also went with the Orion Barrel that is threaded 5/8x24 and it is a great barrel. Can hold groups at 50yds easily and I am sure it would still do well at 100yds.

I would get in touch with Rudy AKA the Mad Machinest. He hooked me up with an awesome 6" barrel. It is 1/2X28, but I am sure he can get you a 5/8X24. If you are looking for a can, GemTech has adapters to fit both thread pitches.

Thanks for the info.....I just don't understand why any barrel maker would put 1/2"-28 threads on a 9mm barrel.....more metal is better....

I got a 1/2''-28 because that is the thread pitch for the can I wanted.

Rudy made my 5.5" 5/8-24 and I couldn't be happier. He's good to go.

They don't have 5/8-24 for 9mm.
