Oiled the shit out of it. Cosmetically I'm fine with it but the rearward play and rail not mating up with the handguard well are what bother me.
Is the rearward slack actually anything to worry about? Just seems like it would beat the hell out of the lower when firing.

Looks good, can you elaborate on the mating of the rail to the upper issue? I was planning on using this rail with the BHO upper and would like to know what I am in for.

it nothing major but another clue that this whole upper maybe  slipped through the cracks or maybe they're all like this. It just doesn't mate up as squarely or as well as it did on the milspec upper I was using in the interim.

I think this will be it's final configuration, at least for now lol. Waiting on the replacement extractor but hopefully don't have any more issues because it really is a blast to shoot when it's running.


The mount looks a little goofy on this tiny thing I think but I like the protection it offers the sight and the built in storage
