I got a form 4 and just sent out a form 1 in January. I might get the form 1 back before I see this barrel.

Rudy - are you going to do the bigger .40 tri lug for your .40 barrels?  Any way to make it work for a .45?

Is this barrel going to have the integral 3 lug mount like TROS?

Id assume so...otherwise I wouldn't see the need for a 4th axis.

I hope so. I'll be all over this. I've been asking for a few years for an alternative.

Would be great if he could get them together quickly so everybody could cancel their TROS orders.

Consider me a buyer/early adoptor for the first tros alternative.  I have a build ready to go except a barrel but I'm not willing to subject myself to the nonsense.

Gonna solve 9mm first......if the demand is there.....we will go to 40...I have to buy 100 barrel blanks to get them made to the proper size for blowback barrels....and I think a 45 would be tits....but not sure of the logistics unless I make the suppressors as well.....might need to give the guys at Silencerco a shout......

It would be great if the Industry could come up with and standardize a 45 three lug...

Did you email him about it? Or did he just send you one randomly?
I tried asking him if they shipped but he never replied.

Good news though...

*EDIT*

He finally replied. Said basically the same thing. Shipped via USPS priority.

I just came on here to say yes! I just received my barrel and it mounts up nice with my 3-lug adapter.  I will have to wait to put the barrel on the upper, but I will try to post some pics in the next couple of days when I get sometime.

Got my unicorn in today.  Everything looks good will have to test the lugs once I get a muzzle device for it and a NFA upper receiver.

I received my barrel in the mail today, however when I went to install it tonight, I ran into a problem.

The barrel nut will not fit over the shoulder of the barrel.  I checked the shoulder for burs and even tried some light polishing, but the shoulder just appears to be to large in diameter.

The barrel nut that I am using is for an ALG rail.  I tried another barrel nut as well, and that one wouldn't fit either.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Everything worked out great. Locks up nice with the 3 lug.

Still need to order a vortex razor red dot and she will be done.

FWIW I'm using the same buffer tube(sans stock) and I'm running the standard buffer that ships with the UCIW stock set, albeit I'm not running suppressed. Cycles fine, nothing broken after a few hundred rounds.

Got my barrel as well on 2/26.  It was a 5 month wait.

Now the wait turns to the Quarter Circle 10 / VLTOR side charging upper release...another ~3 months.

Lastly, waiting on my dealer's Form 3 to be processed to initiate the Form 4...another ~6 months.

My Form 1 only took 3 months.

Looks like a year from dream to range.

I wanted a 9" barrel and he had one left from his latest run. I sent him a check on February 22 and just got the barrel today so the wait was not bad at all for me, lucked out I guess. Barrel looks great, can't wait to try it out.
