This was the first I had seen on this new Bushmaster 22 LR AR. I came up with several hits on Google. Here is an article.

I read all the reviews I could find on the Bushmaster which wasn't many. That's why I was looking for anyone who might have one. I know you can't go wrong with Smith and Wesson's warranty.

Well I picked up the Bushmaster C-22 and I'm very happy with it. Shot over 500 rounds through it with no major problems.

Would you post pictures of your new Bushmaster. I'm curious what design their using for their bolt and magazine.

I will try to get some pics of the bolt tonight. It came with 1 black dog machine 25 round magazine and I bought a few more mags from black dog.

You need a web hosting site like imageshack or photobucket. Up load your pictures to the web hosting sight then copy the image link to the narrative of your post.

It appears you bought the Bushmaster C-22 Steve, how do you like it? The bolt design appears to be similar to the Tactical Solution design where the bolt mates up to the breech end of the barrel. Can you tell if the bolt is steel, Aluminum or other alloy with a pinned breach face? Is the charging handle polymer or aluminum?
I'd be interested in a range report if you get time, thanks for providing the pictures. |

I really like it so far, over a thousand rounds through it. I will double check the bolt material. I believe the charging handle is polymer.
