If you're looking for quad rail, Samson makes a 4", and there are a couple of Chinese 4" on fleabay. Daniel Defense used to make a 4" but they discontinued it. Sometimes they show up on the EE.
I think Rock River has a 4" with rails - I know they have a 4" tube, as does Model 1 and probably a few others. |

I'm making my own for my 4.5" .45 barrel, none of the options appealed to me
I also needed something that did't use a long barrel nut, because it's going to be DI and will need to have the gas block very close to the chamber. |

I have a DD rail but I would go with a Samson since the DD is now discontinued. Haven't seen any 4" keymod or m-lok handguards. Maybe Red Jacket will open a whole new market.
