I got one of the GB DDLES colt 9mm lowers and am looking at uppers. Who should I look at if I need a complete upper that's going to be dependable for under 1000. This includes barrel hand guard upper and a 9mm bolt. Was looking at VLTOR but open to other suggestions.

Mine is:

Sun Devil slick side upper - $155
Adco 4.5" barrel - $170
Spikes BAR2 9" rail - $200
CMMG 9mm BCG $190
Spikes 9mm buffer - $50
9mm deflector & ejection door - $20
Generic CH - $15

Total - $800

I'd just buy a 7" 9mm upper from JSE Surplus and spend the rest on ammo.

Mine is accurate and runs great.

Whatever other parts you decide to use get a 5" TROS barrel with three lug mount for the suppressor you'll be getting next and use a pistol lower until your SBR stamp arrives...
