Specifically, firing pins and springs, extractors and springs, etc... I couldn't find them on Smith and Wesson's website. Do I need to send the rifle to S&W for repair, or will they sell replacement parts for DIY work?

Do any on-line retail dealers sell spare parts for these? I can't be the only one that has needed them.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

They don't sell the parts separately. You have to send the gun in and let them install them.

I was able to get them by calling the international number and asking them to ship me some parts for a customer outside the US. They were willing to do that, since the customer can't ship the gun to them. You may be able to talk them into selling you the parts by doing the same.

S&W's customer service is the best ever IMHO; give them a call and see what they tell you.
How many rounds thru' your gun to actually break something?

S&W does not sell the parts for these guns. All fixes have to be returned to the factory.
