Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - S&W M&P 15-22 Bolt Won't Hold Back

My M&P 15-22 won't hold the bolt open on the last round.  I know I can send it back but is there anything I should look at before I do?  In full disclosure I do have a modified B.A.D. lever on it and a Timney 3# trigger (only mods I can think of that would affect this).  It has held open since both additions but just quit recently and I've tried several different types of ammo.

Adding the B.A.D. is casuing the bolt not to lock back.   The magazine spring isn't able to over come the bolt catch spring.  Several people have had this issue myself included.  Tacticool22 came up with a solution by modifying the bolt catch spring.   Cutting off 1 to 2 coils on the spring will remedy the issue.  Searching google will bring several results pertaining to this problem.
