I am thinking about getting a .22 Conversion for my AR. It's a Colt HBar pre ban with a trigger block.
Will any kit work? Or does the block cause a problem?
Thanks

I cannot imagine why it would? The conversion fits into the upper.

I'ved used Ciener, CMMG and Colt 22 conversions in my Colt 1 in 9 twist H-Bar. Accuracy is not to bad depending ammo, my Colt really likes Aguila Super Extra plated 40 grain round nose.

Most conversions will fit without a problem as long as they don't have a very long bookplate. I used Non Horse Shoe Commercial AR15 Carriers in several I've had. My best 22 accuracy with a 1:7 twist and conversion was with Aguila SSS 60 gr Bullets....

BTW: I'd get a CMMG Stainless Conversion if it were me.

Thanks guys. I have a 1 in 7 twist. I saw Widners has the CMMG10200 22LR CONVERSION for 169.95.
Figured it might not be a bad Ida to pick one up and a few extra mags.
