Holy shit that's awesome. Only suppressed I'm guessing?

ETA: Wow... Top of page... I never get this.

There was a point where I was gaga over the Oly Glock K9-GL.... never ended up getting it though thankfully. I'd have ended up having to dump it when I moved to NJ.

I did the Duracoat job and decided that I didn't like it, so I blasted it and re-shot the Duracoat in flat black. This is a Spike's upper and lower, ST enhanced trigger, magwell block, buffer assembly, and ergo grip. YHM 6" barrel, FF rail, and bolt carrier. The can is a YHM Wraith 9mm sub-machine gun can. This is a fun little gun with an M-16 lower on it.

RAA upper. Magpull accessories. Millett DMS 1-4x 30mm scope with EWG rings. Hahn mag well converter. Shoots great. 1.25 at fifty yards with only one brand of ammo so far.
I LIKE it. 45acp incubating.

Getting close now, just waiting on mags and buffer for this one:

M-16 lower, RRA 9mm upper, TROS 5" barrel and Trident suppressor.

nice set up - what is the overall length and may I ask what you have into it for the RRA upper and TROS barrel.

thinking of a similar set up, but i'm tempted to go with the Talon upper from Gemtech

Thanks

I think it was 130 for the upper and 180 for the barrel. Finding a damn barrel was the hard part. I had a spikes upper and rail on order but they are so far backed up right now it wasn't a viable option any more. My favorite local C3 dealer had the upper and rail in stock friday so I went with those.

I should have had this stuff all sorted out by now but I waited until the can was approved and then I started looking

ETA: OAL is about 28 collapsed, 31.25 fully extended, 30 where it is in the pic.

Thanks for the info.

right now i've got an A2 upper with a 10.5 barrel

don't recall what the set up is right off hand on the Talon, but I don't believe it's that much off from what you are running
The price i've been quoted does not appear to be off that much from what you put into your set up.

Thanks again

How the latest version of the 9 mm project looks. Haven't shot it yet so I don't know if there'll be any gas in the face issue.

Got my 9mm bullet hose put together. CMMG/Spikes Tactical parts with a Bushy lower. Every zombie plan should include at least 1 pistol caliber carbine––thinking about ordering a Beta mag for it and maybe getting this lower sbr'ed. Have some magpul furniture on the way.

PMAGS seem to work just as well as CProducts for me.

Dserzona - Is that a Noveske KX3 you're running? Do you have to modify it at all.

I'd like to use one for my 5" build with 7" handguards.

Thanks...

im not Dserzona, but i know you dont have to modify the KX3 to use them on 9mm. in fact, you can drop a whole 9mm cartridge, case and all, through the opening of the KX3. its fairly close though, so you might want to use a peel washer or shims instead of a crush washer. a concentric barrel would give me a warm fuzzy feeling about it.

i decided i wanted to do something a little different with my 9mm gun. its a DDLES lower with a spikes billet upper and a spikes 5 inch barrel. DD Lite Rail 4.0 and a Spikes VFG that i had laying around. Spikes extended buffer, CMMG bolt and a KX3 on it until i get a can.

i used a RRA or Bushmaster (cant remember) entry stock and i love it. its not as awkward to use as it looks and its very comfortable to me. however, the whole thing is heavy. it weighs as much as one of my 16 inch 5.56 guns, it feels like. 20 inch overall length not counting the pig. it handles well.

I decided the 13" TRX-E was a little unbalanced, so I swapped it out for an 11" VTAC-E. It was a good change. I also moved from the MOE PG to a Battlegrip for a change in pace and to try something new.

I'm trying to resist adding an optic, but I am giving serious thought to changing out the sights to a Centurion diopter set.

My SBR Lower with Olympic 7" Upper on it. Threaded 5/8x24 to match my .300 Whisper for suppressor interchangeability.

It has a Hahn adapter to take Sten Magazines (cut down 20 rounder in it with modded Tapco on the side)
Grip is custom made from two grips (CAA and cut cheapo for handstop - cost about $25 plus some Krazy Glue polymer epoxy)
Troy Front Sight
UTG Rear sight (to add back-up irony)
Eotech 512
Yankee Hill FF Quadrail
Magpul grip
Vltor Modstock

Colt pre-ban, but with no lug. Large pin lower with adapter pin for small hole upper.
Removed the internal ratchet on the forward assist since it's irrelevant, and no need for a plug.
I'm a southpaw but after several hundred rounds now with this upper, haven't felt the need for
the plastic brass deflector.
BCM 6 pos. stock, Magpul MOE handguards and MVG, Surefire G2 LED on a VLTOR mount
Vtac padded sling,
Finally have it close to being done. Need a decent optic, and thinking of going the SBR route.
Fun range toy.

no modifications are required for the kx3 to function! took it out for a run yesterday worked liked a champ with the exception of the mags which kept double feeding and FTE. sorry for the late reply i've been out sick like a dog.
