Bolt carrier is effectively interchangeable, at least for same-handed bolts and carriers.

Subsonic? I am waiting on a suppressed SBR in NFA Jail. Spikes compressor with the longer LRS can. It comes with a lightweight Nickel Boron coated BCG, and they suggested to me that I use a full weight BCG to shoot supersonics. I'm by no means knowledgeable yet about all that, but you might want to look into it.

I don't know but yes I'm 99.9% sure it will work. They use the same bolt group.
