AFAIK they're fine with hotlinking Brownells. It just gets converted to Avatnlink due to partnering and click $ (based on whether a sale occurs).

Was noticing that.

Then saw in the "Questions" section someone asked about the presence of the bayonet lug.

The response they got was that there is a bayonet lug.

Would really hope that is accurate as wouldn't want to find out after I had it in hand.

Seems like a good price.

It does have the bayonet lug. I called them a couple days ago when they first listed them & had one of the gun-tech guys physically look at one of the barrels, and he confirmed that these barrels do in fact have the bayonet lugs on them.

I have an Olympic Arms HBar, and it fit's A1 handguards.

Does anyone know if these HBAR barrels have M4 ramps or rifle ramps. Brownell's description does not clarify. Thanks. JUST got an email back from Brownell's that states the HBAR has M4 ramps. That's 2 tech's with 2 different versions so it will be interesting to see after someone actually gets one. Curious minds need to know.

I got mine last week, looks just like the one in your pictures. I ordered sight parts and it cane with the sight set up. Very happy with it. I also picked up a stripped upper as well. Oh well I guess I need to build another one...

When was the last time you have seen a colt barrel for 149?

I never have before.

Its going to be a kiss a4 maybe... Depends on if i find another A2 upper or a C7 for a song then it will be another carry handle.

The HBAR barrels on 90s era Colt sporters / Match targets are the same profile. The only difference is the collar/adapter. Bayo lug and threaded barrel of course as well.

Having said that, I had an original factory upper, and the barrel flex was horrible.

Can anyone confirm whether these have an "F" height Front Sight Base?
Mine isn't marked as being F height, but visually it definitely appears to be, and according to my crude measuring standards, compared to my other barrels it seems to be F height.
So, can someone more competent than myself (that would include all of you...

) please measure and confirm one way or the other?

It is not F-height. It is a standard height (fixed carry handle height) front sight base.
