Don't think anyone is, other then the secondary market. They are easy to find at times.

If you want real Colt, they're not making them anymore, and didn't make very many to begin with. New old stock, priced like the rarities they are, if you can find one.
Might be possible to find some new made reproductions. |

I thought Hesse made some awhile back. Either way, you'd want to stay away from anything made by them.
