This looks pretty straight forward: Is there anything I am missing? Or any surprises to watch for. Never done this before but look relatively easy with this barrel nut set up.

BCM like almost every other company that sells barrels, install barrel extensions before shipping them, or they are installed before the retailer even gets them so no need to buy one. Very easy to see that on the picture and read in the product description.  Dont forget anti-seize to barrel the receiver, gas tube roll pin, and lube everything before seating or driving in anything.

How easy is this to do? It appears if they get more in stock it would be a better deal to buy the Upper. Especially with the Free BCG.
