Does this fill to bill?
18" mini SASS barrel, Apex floated HG. Just finished and I like how it shoots. Only put a few hundreds rounds through it, more this week.

was thinking more of a CQB type set up. went to pimp my gun site and came up with this.love the apex handguard though.

@madcratebuilder - nice rifle. I like it... and OP... well I love the A2, but I think most people going A2 route are looking for KISS (keep it simple stupid) rifles. If you really want to trick out a close quarters rifle, I'd have a flat top and red dot on it. Theres no doubt it excels in that roll. On the other hand, it sounds like you know exactly what you want to build... and there's plenty of quad rail carbine photos out there.. so question is???

well i am going for it. sent my M4 barrel to adco yesterday to get it cut to 10.5. have my A2 upper, have my A2 fsb. going to build a 10.5 commando style upper for my pistol lower. then phase two.... move out of california so i can sbr the damn thing.
