I tried it with a different carrier and magazine seats. Just wondering if AA had a bad run of low mass carriers?? Piston carrier key would solve problem but I'd like to use AA carrier or return for refund. Jeff

Contact AA as the op said they have great CS. I have the XLP system with Low mass carrier purchased in early "16" and it runs flawless with 4 different brand mags that I have here, all seat and function perfect.
