Working on getting a new AR build started and ive come across the Superlative Arms piston kit.
However id like to be able to drop in a CMMG .22lr conversion into the rifle.
Im assuming it would work, but would these systems be compatible with each other?
Also does anyone have experience with the Superlative Arms piston kits?

remove the op rod to use a 22lr kit..  I am sure that the SA kit is similar to the AA system.

Would it have to be completely removed?
Or would it be sufficient enough to just turn off the gas system?
