I havent had a chance to shoot one of these, but I when I could handle them, they looked good in regards to fit, finish, & hardware, and the "bleed off" sounds interesting. Who has shot these and what were your thoughts? I would love to have a more affordable option to the Syrac

Thanks for any opinions

All you had to do is look down a few threads as these are currently the hot piston kits available.

Superlative Arms manufacturers products for a few companies, Syrac Ordnance being one of them. Their products are quality and their kits are the best on the market in my opinion. They're about 3-6 or so oz heavier than a titanium lightweight DI gas block setup. In terms of how they shoot, I like my piston better than my DI and Adam's Arms kit. It fits under most rails with ease. Tight fights do occur however, especially with the clamp on version.

I assume you are referring to the piston kits and not the DI gas blocks since this is the piston section. This system is as light as the SYRAC with the addition of the "bleed-off" function.
Here is my in shop review of the piston kit:

Here is the field test of the piston kit. It was quieter than a restriction adjustment with a suppressor:

I am wrapping up the field test and overall review of the Superlative Arms bleed-off products today. Here is the in shop review of the DI gas block:

The bottom line is there are real benefits to the bleed-off function, but these benifits/differences are more significant/noticeable  with a piston system than with a DI system.
