Looks like LWRC is going to move ahead with their PDW in 6.8.

I recently bought the 5.56 version (I think they refer to it as the Xiphos). It's still in jail, but the build quality looks spectacular. I don't own anything in 6.8, so if the Xiphos works out, I may give it a go.
