Was thinking of doing a 6.8SPC build and was wondering if there were any options as far as using a piston system such as any of the Adams Arms conversion kits. Has anyone tried this on there own? Any help or advice is much appreciated.

We have had a lot of positive feedback from people running our kits in 6.8SPC. Our kits are clearly marked, and stated as being compatible with this particular caliber as well. Im sure there are plenty of individuals on here that have run Adams Arms Kits in 6.8SPC. Some tuning may be required. I.E : buffer, buffer spring, and potentially gas port. If you decide to go with an Adams Arms kit, let us know if you need any help during your build process by emailing [email protected] .

Thanks, glad to hear that from the manufacturer. I should have checked the website first anyway.

I too have an upcoming build to do in 6.8 and a piston system has been requested. I really like the adams and was hoping that it would work with a 16'' Wilson Combat barrel. Also can anyone tell me if the Adams light block would fit under the front of the new Midwest 2 piece rails?
