Just a couple months back I got in touch with Joe no problem he got back to me in just a few days.

Spoke with Joe this morning, They are still in Business, They had some down time to do inventory etc, He needs to catch up on the 400 and some emails he had, etc. He said they just got a bunch of new inventory in.

They need to fix their website. They advertise a monthly drawing for their product. However; for over a year now if you fill it out and hit enter, it gives an error message. Very misleading...... If your going to be generous and offer it, that's great! Then do it, or just take it down. Just my opinion though.

They answer every time I call to place an order. Their customer service has been awesome as far as we are concerned.

Yeah- the website has been buggy forever- But Joe and Osprey give 1st class service.
