Took my AA 16 middy to the range today and sighted it in for a 200 yard zero. I used a 25 yard, 1.35 inch low sight in impact for a dead on 200 yard impact.. Gun is a AA upper on a PSA lower with a LUCID HD7 red dot on it. i tested it out at approx 90 yards which should have been a 1 inch high POI. i was impressed. i was making pine cones and shotgun birds dance at the end of the range. after about 20 minutes i switched reticles and started shooting the 25 yd target again. i noticed my POI had shifted up about an inch. cranking through all of the recticles i found the same thing...point of impact had shifted about an inch up. i am thinking that when the gun heated up the point of impact changed slightly. the gun ran like a timex watch. no hiccups whatsoever.
