With prices like that, you'll need a government contract to stay in business.

Too expensive for me, but (assuming that it functions reliably) it seems like a better option than the LAW adapter. What's the OAL with the stock folded and a 14.5" barrel with a pinned/welded muzzle device?

If folding to the left, why the cant?

I understand it when folding to the right, but would look much better if parallel to the bore when on the left side.

Just my thoughts.

Quoted:  14.5" barrel length including brake and your OAL is 25".  16" barrel will put you at 26.5" and thus no stamp requirement.

Uh... the OAL requirement is 26.5" w/ the stock EXTENDED.

Thanks for taking the time to explain. That does make sense.

Weapon must exceed 26" in OAL with a 16" barrel if able to function in that configuration.  Not an exact quote from BAFTE, but well researched on our behalf prior to engineering the system.

Tell that to the guys who made the Kel-Tec SU16C.

Or the Uzi w/ 16" bbl back in the '80's.  24.something" IIRC.

The LAW adapter doesnt let you fire the rifle (more than one time) with the stock folded. Its also only $120 cheaper and this system comes with BCG. IMO they are similar but actually have two very different functions.

That looks bad ass. Looks like I'm going to have to build another rifle.

Now if I could only find out if this will work with the BFS III trigger...

If you can't find a tester.... hint hint, haha!

I would seriously consider one if there was a left side folder with 0 cant.

The ability to shoot folded isn't a big deal for me...it is a nice perk though. I know looks aren't that important, but I  just don't like the look with the cant.

Are you waiting to display the internals at SHOT?

I like it. Looks like a good idea with a lot of thought put into it. I kinda want one.

I'm curious if you guys have cycle tested the system and how many cycles it completed before reduced spring tension or failure.

You guys need to make this buffer system with a sliding stock on forks.

The stock folded to the side makes the gun to wide to fit under a jacket.

Thanks for your comment.  Springs are rated at 50,000 cycles per our spring manufacturer.  We have multiple sets of springs with several thousand rounds put through them with no change in weapon performance.  Like any spring, they do show some mild compression after extended use however we haven't been able to bring them to failure yet.  Anyone successful in doing so gets a new set, as they are under warranty.

Hope this helps answer your question!

Do you have plans for a sliding stock version?
