Chris, AWSOME!

?, Does the pusher device work with the older generation (Gen 2 M4) mag loader?

This would help with those dang Surefire mags.

Keep up the good work!

Are you set up with GSA, and if so do you have the NSN?

I was going to make a similar device out of plywood, but at the price you guys are selling these for, it'd be rather pointless. Very smart looking design. I'll definitely pick one up once my credit card cools off.

How well does your AK loader work with 5.45x39 AK ammo/magazines?  There is a slight difference in the taper between the two rounds - does this make it unreliable with AK74 type mags/ammo?

cheers

I got a Gen 4 loader in my hands last week. It's definitely the best loader I've used so far.

got he AR9 loader in the other day, so far I like it, but one issue I have with it and all loaders of this type is the driving block.

There just isn't enough to really grip on to drive the rounds home, if these had a larger grip area or even a ball like you find on a reloading press, it would really help, especially with newer stiff magazines and maybe for the older guys who buy these (I bought this for my gramps after all), maybe its my technique? but i had a hard time getting a solid rhythm down with this one, whereas my wood one for AR15 mags has a much larger grip area on the driving block and it is a much smoother operation.

other than that, solid product, and it works and is reasonably priced.

7.5/10

Thank you for the feedback! The loader should operate very smoothly, what magazine are you loading? We found AR9 mags will vary. One trick we use on stubborn magazines is to lightly pull the floor plate end of the magazine towards you while loading. You'll be able to feel the resistance decrease when done correctly. We've found the difference in followers to be the main culprit  with difficult mags. While the pull trick will get you by, its best to make sure the mags are clean and the followers are properly lubricated if the magazine calls for it. Let us now if those suggestions work!

If Gramps is really having issues with gripping the loader you can buy a plastic ball knob, a threaded stud and a self-tapping insert from McMasterr-Carr for $10 incl shipping and mod the loader yourself...

When are we going to see a Plate loader for 33 round Glock mags and 31 round  ETS mags?  A lot of the manufactures are making 9 mm AR's that take the Glock style magazines; such as  Quarter Circle 10, CMMG, New Frontier Armory, PSA, etc.  Thanks

Unfortunately we can not comment specifically on that matter at this time.

We plan on making an appearance at SHOT 2017 though!
