We are excited to announce our collaboration with Impact Weapons Components in developing the new Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlights.
Based on Elzetta Alpha technology, the new Mini-CQB delivers 315 375 lumens of diffuse neutral-tint light in a beam pattern optimized for close quarters battle engagements. The Mini-CQB is available with any of six Tailcaps (Rotary, Click, Alpha High/Low, High/Strobe, or Tape Switch with 5" or 12" Cable). It is also available with two ambidextrous attachment mechanisms developed by IWC; M-1913 Picatinny or Keymod/M-LOK ™ . The Keymod/M-LOK ™ system fits both mounting systems by utilizing the patent-pending reversible nuts in one direction for Keymod and flipped for M-LOK ™ . Weighs less than 5 oz and operates on a single CR123A battery. Pre-orders are now being accepted with deliveries beginning late April. Prices begin at $210.00 for M-1913 version and $235.00 for Keymod/M-LOK™. Video of SHOT Show introduction: |

the keymod mlok function is ingenious. it's too pricey for me for a light, but i definitely gotta hand it to you for some innovation right there.

I finally bought a Bravo.... now you come out with this...
That will work great on my 11.5 or 10.5 AR's Being an Elzetta fanboy is expensive |
|
Elzetta are the only flashlights I buy right now unless its for a pistol. Yall should come out with a pistol light and make me even more broke. :) I'd like to see an FDE version in the regular line up also.

Magpul's attorneys have contacted us to make sure it is clear that, "M-LOK™ is a trademark of Magpul Industries Corp."
Now you know. |

Mine showed up today. It is all that they say it is. Mine is the single
mode 315 lumens. It is now mounted on my complete MI rifle. (Keymod) The mount is reversible so it can go on either side. The fit and finish is great. More when I get to wring it out a little. |

Does it already come with the mount, or are those sold separately? (Specifically looking for the m-lok mount) |

Quoted: Are RCR-123 Li-Ion rechargeables ok in your flashlight? View Quote While a Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlight will function with an RCR123 battery, such cells are not nearly as reliable as USA-Made CR123A batteries. Given this product, by its very nature, is designed for the most serious applications, we strongly advise against using rechargeable batteries. |

Can you mount it a top the mid length moe hand guard via the mlok mount?

Some have asked how the new Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlight is optimized for Close Quarters Battle. We just published a new blog that describes Flashlight "brightness" (measured by Candela, not Lumens).
This information should be helpful in understanding how the High-Lumen/Low-Candela design of the Mini-CQB optimizes threat assessment and situational awareness for CQB applications. Here is a link to the blog: http://www.ELZETTA.com/blog/candela/ Here is the complementary video blog: |

Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) for the Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlight begins this week! Shipments will begin trickling out to those who have pre-ordered this game-changing new Weaponlight!
(Orders will be filled in the sequence in which they were received. We appreciate your patience!) |

We are happy to announce that the first Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlights have begun shipping!
Orders are being processed in the sequence they were received. We hope to have all pre-orders shipped in the next two to three weeks and we appreciate your patience. We are also pleased to announce that production models are producing 375 lumens (not 315 as promised). Our engineers were able to increase Lumen output without increasing peak Candela making the new Mini-CQB the ultimate weaponlight for close quarters battle/home defense. (See this thread for explanations of Lumens and Candela.) Here is a pic of one of the first units off the line: |

Mini-CQB Modular Weaponlights are hitting the street. Have you gotten yours yet?
Here is a quick review from Brian Hartman of PFC Training. We are honored that the pro's at PFC recommend Elzetta Lighting Products exclusively and offer them through PFC Loadout. |

Received my Mini-CQB this morning. Every time I've bought less than Surefire, I've regretted the decision. The Mini-CQB is a literally a game changer. This light would seem to be absolutely bomb-proof, and it is at the very least as durable as comparable Surefires, and the flood is absolutely perfect for a home defense firearm. My hat is off to Elzetta for doing what I thought would never be done-changing my mind about what constitutes a quality light by example. This thing has won my loyalty, and I think for the first time Surefire has legitimate competition in US made high end production lights..
If on the fence, don't be. It's better than you hope. |

What is the body made out of Aluminum or plastic? I'm looking to put this on an AK SBR and it will be sitting over the gas ports on the gas tube.

I like it. I think I'm going to go with the tape pressure switch too. I do wish the wired button offered was a rail mount rather then a tape on

These are BY FAR the best weapon lights I own. Beam is smooth and the light is a warm color- no blue tint. Any chance you guys might make the body available seperately so I could upgrade my Alphas?
