When it is on their lower it works. A standard looks poor on their lower. The ones I have seen are a tighter requiring the barrel to be tapped in or the receiver heated. No loose fit here!  Match fit and serialized upper and lower sets I think are coming.

Yeah I'm not feeling it either...it's a shame their lower is pretty nice looking.

ditch the completely unnecessary forward assist and shell deflector bump and it would be more interesting for lightweight builds.

This.

I'd be much more interested in it without the FA.

San Tan.

Why don't you post pictures of the upper on a complete rifle?

The left side looks like a basic M4 stock.

Lighter than some slick side receivers?  Maybe the massively over built ones.  2A got the lightweight billet right.  San Tan, not so much.

+1 for that, ive been looking for one like that with only a dust cover, and this upper would definitely fit the honeycomb handguards i have :/

Somebody over at San Tan has been drooling over AXTS lowers too long. Tool bad the end result looks horrible.

I would like it without the forward assist, but I need the deflectors since I shoot left handed. That forward assist looks really weird on this one and it's not needed.

Can no one create an original design these days?

I know I've seen the CAD model for that upper before on Grab CAD and possibly even machined one

Nope, but I admit I am kind of surprised at the amount of people who come into this new product section just to complain.  People might notice there is becoming a larger pool of manufacturers who do NOT post in this section.  I get that some of the people are shills, but there are others who are just plain throwing out trash comments for no reason at all.

Mods, staff and site owners wonder why this board has a horrible reputation?  Look at some of the comments in these threads.  There is nothing wrong with polite comments that aren't suck ups, but to pay huge sums of money only to see products get trashed would be discouraging to say the least in my mind.

Yes. Members have to realize this is a great place to check out new products. Don't mess it up.

I like the left side with the lightening boxes but then the right side looks really heavy and bulky...doesn't make any sense to me. I wonder if they have an option to leave off the forward assist.

Instead of coming here and posting asinine comments because you don`t like a product why not use the opportunity to convey constructive criticism to retailers and manufacturers? I mean, look at the Hogue stock thread. Constructive criticism led to the product receiving end user requested improvements.

Do you have any pictures of the upper on a matching lower?

Refreshingly honest. That's what I like about Arfcom. No sugar coating around here.

While I do like this upper/lower combo I don't have a problem with others disagreeing with me.

I prefer all opinions, ( only a visual in this case) whether or not they're similar to mine.
