Very nice looking as all your products are. Unfortunately, too rich for my pocket book.
Anderson Arms has their offering for $360 and Aero is coming out with theirs for sub $300. I'll probably go this route. But still a beautiful piece you have there. |

Yeah ouch on the price! haha... Plus add on tax for me. Even with the mil discount, something to think about. With that said I am wanting a 308 AR. May have to make a drive up to the shop soon.

Technically the set is about $550 since $100 of it is for the Raptor CH. The integrated QD sling mount is a nice feature and it would save a little bit of money on your build as well, since you would not have to purchase a rear sling mount. But $650 is a bit steep, seeing that most other sets are going for $400-450 range. If it was $550 with the Raptor then it would be on course with others. But this looks very nice.
I want the new Spikes Tactical Gen 2 set but they are high as hell. $450 for the lower receiver. It is assembled with all the new ambi features minus the FCG. So that adds to the cost of course. $250 for the upper. So $700 for the set !! |

looks nice. $650 for the set plus the CH is good. I think it would look better without the serrations on the upper but thats just my opinion.

The price is comparable to the MaTen. These look real nice too, I love the style of the deflector,and the serrations add that extra pizzazz. 650 is not bad considering you get the raptor,plus the ambi bolt release. MaTen is 654 with a standard CH. So,the price is a good start.
The Aero is going to be forged, so is inherently cheaper, plus they make their own stuff. Rainier has to outsource,which adds to the cost. If I didn't have the MaTen already, I would go with the Rainier because it looks nicer. |

It is a CMT Tactical .308 receiver set with ambi controls and a QD and it comes with a Raptor charging handle. The CMT receiver set is $500 for $650 isn't that bad of a deal. |
