Just want to say this stuff is billet porn. These parts look great. Great job by all your team members that are cranking these parts out. From the guy upstairs in the design office to the guy down stairs on the machining floor. Can't say it enough, these parts look amazing!!

Do you have an estimate of when Vertex Ops will be receiving the receivers? I am excited to get mine.

I will pass this on, and thank you!

We are a small small shop. We have more spindles than employees. A total of 7 people are with 2A, and one of them is gone most of the time. 6 of us do everything. Sales, shipping, accounting, programming, machining, testing, packaging, design, debur, tumble, clean bathrooms, sign checks, social media, ATF work, inspection....    All of it!!!  Lots of hats being worn here.    and we are completing (fingers crossed) getting our ISO9001, and AS9100 certification in the next few weeks.   We all get along very well, and are having a blast with the "Gun Stuff."    I hope to be out at more shooting events, and shows as things progress.

Thank you for the compliment.

the builds you folks are doing off these receivers are amazing. I can honestly say I never thought I would see this much creativity going into some of these builds.

It's over the top stuff, and I love it!

Thanks so much for the support!

Thanks Scarr!

The SBR route might happen, we are looking at some pistol options. Still need a rail, and a host of other goodies to make it a "2A-rifle/pistol."

If we can get something done for SHOT we will.

Just give me a factory SBR receiver. I'll let you know what I want the length to be.

Some small changes.....

We are trying to evaluate all the requests we get, and make those changes when it's appropriate in our production cycle. As of now, all the original BALIOS-lite uppers have shipped, and are gone. We have begun shipping the revised upper with the following changes:

1.  Re-profiled the front of the upper to more closely match "Mil-Spec" contours. This should open up the compatibility of rails that were at one time not compatible.

2.  Added a small window in the rear port door rod retention hole. This will allow some of the detent style QD port doors to be removed if needed, as well as aid in removal of the standard rod.

3.  It's now lighter because of these changes.    not by much at all (documentation won't change)  but it adds up fast!!

As I told Ryan via e-mail "Holy Shit". We just got some of the sets and receivers in and they are nothing short of gorgeous. It's amazing how light they are in person.

Their gas blocks and comps are fucking awesome too.

Quick and possibly dumb question about the lite upper and lower are these safe to use with 30 caliber uses such as 300blk and 7.62x39?

What a shame!  "That thing" (the TealBlueBravo PDQ ambi bolt catch) is IMHO one of the greatest AR things since sliced bread.  None of the ugliness and protrusion of the BAD lever, or the STT equivalent.  It's largely out of the way and simply works.  Sad that there's only one pre-made receiver for it right now - the AeroPrecision - and I was really hoping for you guys to do one up, but I guess I keep giving AP money.  (It's a nice receiver, but yours would be much nicer!)

Exactly! I have one lower from Aero and it rocks. It also makes rifle operation safer b/c you can lock the bolt back with your rt index finger while pulling the bolt back to show clear on a match.

I understand....

The concept is great, the execution of it is a little clunky to me. I suppose if we had a few folks (10 or more) that wanted one we could get it done. ETA:  Yes, I know lots of folks have been asking for a factory SBR version as well. I will put a little more time into that also.

I have a better idea for an ambi bolt catch, it'd require a bit more extensive modification though.  Would flow much better though.

No weight and not available.  Looks like they are trying to do something  very similiar.
