Description:

Built in-house by U.S. Navy SEAL Team armorers, and later by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (often referred to as NSWC-Crane or "Crane"), the SEAL Recon Rifle was developed to provide SEAL snipers with a portable, lightweight system with greater lethality than a standard M4 carbine. The SEAL Recon Rifle is sometimes referred to as the "Recce Rifle".

Probably same train of thought as me in that I think it would look much better in all FDE (rails coated too) instead of just the receiver set.

I don't even have one of those KM at this moment. However, to answer your question, no, there is a limited amount of these and then they are gone. There are no plans to make more, or make different configurations.

I was under the impression that a "RECCE" was a slightly accurized version of an M4 with a stainless barrel, and a low power variable optic.

While the FDE finish is nice looking, this carbine doesn't look like a RECCE to me.
