Are these thicker than the stsandard end plate or the simular noveske offering?

The plate is thicker, yet the QD Socket (where the QD Swivel bottoms out) is sunk into the plate, so it sticks out the same amount from the receiver as Noveske's. I ordered 4 of these, and I just installed 2. Both stocks can still close to position 1 with a QD swivel attached. Not that anyone asked, but I really like this solution. It uses only otherwise unused real estate. Makes it easy to remove a sling and shoot from bags without the sling flopping around. Doesn't add any weight. Doesn't require any rail space. Cheaper than the competitors.
The only reason I haven't installed the other 2 yet is because I have to paint them to match the finish on my other rifles. Nice piece! |

question for mount-n-slot,
I have a cmmg 9mm lower that I'd like to use your end plate on. It does not have a conical hole like my regular lowers do there (drill bit cut?) , instead it just has a cylindrical cutout (end mill cut?). The cutout is uniform depth and measures .195" from the rear of the receiver. Will the qd stud be retained? Or will I suffer from the same problem as this guy? I also posted this question in another thread, but it appears to have gone unnoticed... sorry for hammering |

I just tried calling the number on your order, said not available for voicemail. I forwarded your order acknowledgement to you, along with the tracking number. E-mail is the same as the order confirmation was sent to and I do see a missed call from 970 area code. No idea why my voice mail would not pick up unless I was out of wifi. Nothing went to junk mail. But thanks for the update.

Finally got a chance to put mine on. Sweet product............functions and fits very nicely. I like this setup much better than the Magpul ASAP I had on there. My only minor gripe is with the color. It is a dark gray versus black like the rest of my rifle.
