Developed at the request of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department who is using the Elzetta ZFH1500 Flashlight Mount on their patrol and SRT carbines, the new ZSS1500D Ambidextrous Quick Disconnect Sling Swivel Kit provides a QD Socket on both sides of the ZFH1500 Mount. This allows both right and left handed operators to easily attach a sling to the weapon in an instant.

The Kit comes with two full-rotation Socket Attachments and one Parkerized Heavy-Duty QD Sling Swivel. MSRP is $49.95 (a single-sided kit (PN ZSS1500) is available for $35.95).

After looking at all of the options for light attachment, the Elzetta ZFH1500 made the most sense since it is under and inline with the barrel. And I ordered the ZSS1500 QD swivel too - I'm new to the AR arena but this combo is quality made and just makes sense. I like the swivel so much I'm going to have to get the Z-STK QD stock swivel also. This is really a sharp looking setup.
