Improved Ergonomics of the trigger shape and position.

Do those silicone cushions affect the pull at all? Do they allow the unit to move slightly when pressure is applied?

I would hope the trigger and hammer pins keep it from moving...

it does not move. These cushions have a couple functions....keeping some pressure on the hammer and trigger pins and taking out any play and movement in the assembly (just in case there is any). by using the pads we are allowing for some small variations in the space below the trigger do to varying manufacturing tolerances from one lower brand to another. Since we have opted to include KNS pins with each trigger. we feel the use of the cushions is better then set screws that can come loose. we have picked a material with both chemical and heat resistant properties.

It does look nice!
The hammer has a nice rounded profile to it, have you tried one with a 9mm or .22lr upper yet?

personally have not done drop tests.....but that sounds like a good weekend video project.

I have used it with a 9mm blow back upper, worked fine.....still have not gotten a 22lr upper.......

Will this reliably ignite hard military surplus and Russian primers? What about 308 and other calibers? People will be using these for all the available calibers and knowing they'll hit hard enough is a huge plus.
Any plans for a large pin version?

We are using these in all of the rifles we produce. which currently is 308 and 223. I have also used it in the 5.45x39 AR build. We stuck with a hammer that had a little more mass to it for those harder to hit primers. While we have not currently mad any large pin inserts, I do not see why that can not be down in the future.

The MKII is wider in the hammer pin area. However, standard pins work. The hammer pin will not be flush with the outside of the receiver. I run a CMC with standard pins in a Cav Arms MKII.

yes, I suppose you could use a standard pin. I will not promise that the bottom cushions will provide enough force to hold the pins in place. That is why they are shipping with KNS pins.

I have had the trigger for around a week now, awesome trigger so far, got about 400 rounds through it "5.56" and 1500 22. cal. through a tactical solutions upper. Ill have a article up on it hopefully mid next week, dont hesitate to get one.
