One of the SEAL pics appears to show a guy with a G3 or some other type of HK rifle (a 93 perhaps).  Never knew HK products made it in to US hands during that conflict.

The SEALs used a version of the HK33 in 5.56mm, marked by Harrington Richardson, during the war.

It's known as the Harrington & Richardson T 223, and was a re-branded H&K 33. Apparently some of these rifles were submitted for military trials, with the optimistic goal of replacing the M16. Note that there are some unusual features on this variant, such as the bolt hold open lever at the front of the trigger guard, the selector markings, and the magazine. These rifles are actually mentioned in TBR. The one pictured above is a Transferable machine gun that was for sale a couple years ago.
