Both stamps are here so I can enjoy them side by side.







Original XM177E2 upper and barrel although the wear is different on them so they didn't start life together. Original vinyl acetate stock. AR15-A2 R6520 ban era lower restricted model so no sear block. .250" front pin but I need to drill a detent hole. Large fire control pins. I registered this lower because it is kind of a transitional piece. Colt gray with only slight reinforcements around the buffer. I can use it for early and later stuff and i should fit in well. I plan to build a few uppers for it, A2 and flat top.

AR180S is a long term project that has been built entirely from scrounged parts over the last year. Almost done. :)

Looking good. The carbine on the left looks like a A2 Model 733 Commando. Cool.

AR180S is a grail gun for me.  Especially with a front grip.  Perfect pair.

NICE! The 11.5" AR carbine is my favorite carbine, but that AR180s sure is sweet!

Is it an MP, or C MP C barrel?
