Would the v40 "golf ball" grenade have ever been launched from the m16 platform using the mn30 style launching device? If so was there a dedicated sight leaf? or would something like the energa leaf used?

Any pictures of this setup on a m16?

The "mini" frags have always had a place in my heart (it's the cutest piece of [replica] ordnance in my collection).

That being said, I've never seen, read, or heard of any use with a launching adapter off the end of a `16.

Isn't that the frag that Delta uses?

I own an INERT V40.  SOG did use them a lot.  As far as I know and have studied it in the past, the launchers weren't imported.  Only the grenades.

The swingtop style retention clip is interesting.
