Went to a local gun show today and it was pretty good. Not crazy at all. looked like plenty of primers,picked up a spikes lower.
I found the sling and load straps in $5 bins. The Colt 6 hole HG were  $20.00
Anyone have pics or link on how to attach para cord to make a field sling?

I like putting a few stitches through the paracord in addition to wrapping it.
Also, if you will be using the sling on a carbine, make a loop at both ends (make sure you can squeeze the stock through one of them), attach the sling to the stock, remove the stock from the buffer tube and pass it through the loop on the FSB end. Looks much cleaner and you don't have to untie a knot to remove it.
